The United Nations Disaster Mitigation & Relief Organization "UNDMRO" became operable and enforceable, as an Intergovernmental Organization, on the 5th day of June 2024, and was effectively constituted, on the 7th day of September 2024, with complete, effective and full recognition, of its own sovereignty and legal personality, under international law.
UNDMRO is comprised of a diverse cross-section of highly-skilled and experienced individuals, operating through a tight-nit consortium of entities, calling upon their collective reach to effect highly prized synergistic outcomes.
Operating from a self-sustaining financial endowment, facilitated under the mantra: “Utilizing fundamental assets for the stabilization and betterment of humanity”, affords a unique vantage point, from which to focus on the target objectives, rather than on fund raising and related tasks. Said endowment, was foreseen as a requirement for this undertaking, with its facility developed over a carefully orchestrated, multi-decade long effort, concluding with an asset base, clear of all probate related matters, executed under notary, with multiple attestations, authenticated by numerous and unrelated legal professionals, via addressing the respective courts for original document certifications, all conducted pursuant to The Convention of 5 October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents (HCCH 1961 Apostille Convention). Further, all assets have past the respective periods of contestation, without challenge.
From this vantage point, UNDMRO, operating under the mantra: “There when needed most”, is uniquely positioned to provide mitigation and humanitarian assistance at a level previously believed to be unattainable.

UNDMRO shall focus on: financial matters, with specific attention paid to: asset management, gold operations, collateralization (direct and via Fleurcoin), as well as on: nature preserves, self-sustaining developments, ports, tourism enhancement, petroleum and related infrastructure, research, technology, security and secure communication
UNDMRO shall focus on: financial matters, with specific attention paid to: asset management, gold operations, collateralization (direct and via Fleurcoin), as well as on: nature preserves, self-sustaining developments, ports, tourism enhancement, petroleum and related infrastructure, research, technology, security and secure communications. To the ends of disaster mitigation and relief, UNDMRO is in process of creating vertically integrated disaster centers, with the capability of operational deployment within 6-24hrs of any event. UNDMRO shall provide expedient and unparalleled direct benefit to its partners.
